the location was convenient , close to the station and restaurants. the daily cleaning service met my expectations , and i liked the provided amenities. it was like a proper hotel , a quality i value.

i found the bath with over bath shower difficult to get in and out of. the breakfast , while ample , lacked vegetables i expected. for the hot options , there were no cooked tomatoes or mushrooms , and the cold buffet's salad choice was not great.

The breakfast included a good selection. It was both fresh and plentiful. I also really appreciated the excellent service from the staff, particularly the housekeeping team. Everything was clean and well kept. The spacious room was a big plus for my stay!!!

central location friendly staff spacious room easy access

I loved the central location. A tram stop right outside made getting around effortless. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially with directions!). my room was really spacious, and i'm already planning my next visit. the hotel is very close to the lake and main train station.

the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly, so the room was a bit warm.
